First Order Brands acquires Domino’s Pizza business in Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica — First Order Brands Limited has acquired the assets of Convenient Brands Ltd, becoming the new master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza in Jamaica and assuming control of the island’s largest pizza restaurant chain.

Domino’s has operated in Jamaica for over 30 years and currently comprises of 18 stores with over 200 team members.

First Order is led by Chief Executive Officer Sean Scott. Sean Scott brings deep operational expertise in the quick service restaurant business having previously led the Domino’s and Wendy’s franchises in Jamaica from 2011-2018. The company will be chaired by Nicholas Scott.
