NABA to host WIN convention to convene global talent in Las Vegas

The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) is set to host its 2026 national convention, Insight 2026: WIN (We Invest Now), from June 2 to June 5 at the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The annual gathering is expected to attract a broad cross-section of students, professionals, and industry leaders within accounting, finance, business, and entrepreneurship.

The convention is positioned as a high-impact career and leadership forum, designed to facilitate direct engagement between emerging talent and decision-makers. Organizers indicate that the event will feature a mix of structured sessions, networking opportunities, and recruitment-focused interactions aimed at translating professional connections into measurable career outcomes.

Participants will include students exploring entry points into the business and finance sectors, alongside early- and mid-career professionals seeking advancement or transition opportunities. Senior executives and organizational leaders are also expected to attend, contributing to what NABA describes as a multi-level professional ecosystem. This structure is intended to create pathways for mentorship, hiring, and strategic collaboration within a single venue.

A central theme of the 2026 convention is access, specifically, the role of proximity to opportunity in accelerating career growth. By bringing recruiters, industry leaders, and high-performing talent together in person, the event aims to address limitations often associated with digital networking environments. Organizers emphasize that the in-person format is designed to foster more substantive and immediate professional connections.

The “We Invest Now” (WIN) framework reflects a focus on actionable outcomes rather than aspirational dialogue. Programming is expected to prioritize skill development, relationship-building, and strategic insights that extend beyond the duration of the convention. According to NABA, the goal is to ensure that attendees leave with tangible tools and connections that support long-term career progression.

As workforce dynamics continue to evolve, events such as Insight 2026 are increasingly being positioned as critical infrastructure for talent development and professional mobility. The upcoming convention underscores a broader shift toward experiential career platforms that combine access, learning, and execution within a single integrated environment.
